State the seller, place, date, product, actual format, price, and what you personally observed. For bread, “kilo” may be a common name: include the weight in grams if you know it.

From your confidential tracking page, prepare a summary, download your attachments, and remove unnecessary information about other people. Never attach your tracking key.

3 · Submit

Keep proof of submission

Open the email draft or submit the file to the confirmed service. Attach the evidence yourself and keep the acknowledgement. A download or draft is not a submission.
