Describe only the useful facts. Do not send health data, another person’s contact details, or complete identity documents. Private evidence is used to review a report and is not published.
Accounts and contributions
The secure sign-in service sends Sunu Prix a stable identifier and an email address. Your full name is stored only after you enter it and consent; it remains private. Only your chosen username appears with price reports, discussions, and comments.
Audience measurement
Sunu Prix keeps only daily grouped totals to understand which pages are viewed, the general source, device type, selected language, and the approximate country provided by the infrastructure. These statistics never store an IP address, identity, search, full URL, or visitor identifier. A simple timestamp stays in the browser session to estimate a 30-minute visit and is never transmitted. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Aggregates older than 400 days are removed as the service receives activity and whenever the dashboard is opened. Only authorized administrators can see this dashboard.
WhatsApp confirmation
When this feature is active and you choose to confirm a number, it is sent to the provider only to send and verify a code. Sunu Prix stores a protected fingerprint, the last four digits, and the confirmation date, not the full number. This proves control of the number at that moment; it does not certify civil identity.
AI assistance for moderation
A moderation-only assistant may organize points that need checking. It receives only necessary, redacted fields, never an email, phone number, case key, or private attachment. It cannot publish, reject, or decide that an offence occurred. A person makes the final moderation decision.
Private cases
Descriptions and attachments are available to administrators and to the person holding both the case reference and confidential key. No contact is stored in no-contact mode. A voice or information visible in an attachment may still identify its author.
Your choices and deletion
You can download your data or delete your account from your member space. Cases that must remain available for tracking are then detached from the account. Removed Community media and unattached files are deleted according to the retention policy.
Hosting and files
The service uses secure infrastructure and private storage. Photos are reduced, re-encoded, and stripped of metadata. MP4 and MOV videos are limited to 3 minutes and 25 MB, and common hidden device and location fields are neutralized. Attachments for reports and seller cases remain private.
Seller right of reply
A representative receives only cases assigned after verification. For a private report, only a redacted summary may be shared. The original account, contact details, and attachments remain private.
Tracking with a key
The receipt key is not stored in readable form or placed in a link. It is required together with the reference to open tracking. Keep it somewhere safe.
